Greg, we value your feedback. We are sorry to hear you feel this way. We do our best to deliver quality work at competitive prices. We also do our best to make the most accurate estimates possible. We had gotten your approval to get your estimate to meet the minimum criteria for your emissions waiver as you requested because there were quiet a few items on your list of repairs to resolve that particular issue. If you have any other concerns or questions, please give us a call.
Convenient location and polite staff. Prices a bit high but these days I guess you get what you pay for.
I've used Wastler's several times in the past and today was my first real issue. I took our Dodge in for an oil change and tire rotation and came out with a $90 bill. It turns out our lug nuts on the wheels were put on so tight at the previous service they broke the lug nut key and the nuts needed to be replaced which would be $40. I informed them that they were the last ones to rotate the tires and they said they did not. I looked at my service receipt from last time and it showed they applied the $17off coupon which includes a free tire rotation and I know I specifically asked them to rotate the tires and I was told by the service tech that they did during my last service. During this service the tech told my the coupon was for $17 off or a free tire rotation so I had to show him the coupon I used which said $17 off plus a free tire rotation and that is when the service tech changed his reasoning and said the "tire rotation" from last servicing is not written in the notes that they rotated the tires but it's possible that they did rotate the tires but the service tech forgot to add it in the notes but I still have to pay the additional $40 for the new nuts. Oh and i was informed the service tech from last service doesn't work there anymore......
So one of two things happened. Either I was LIED to last time about my tires being rotated or I paid $40 for their mistake of over tightening the lug nuts. I'm just glad it only cost me $40 to realize they are not a trustworthy repair shop.
I've taken my 3 three vehicles, my parents 2 vehicles and had several neighbors/ friends taken their vehicles there because of my recommendation but now we will all be going elsewhere because Wastler's can not be trusted.
Thank you Brook and Brandon for having the teks put the new tiers on the front of the motorhome I did not think of that that was A good call I will be back in the fall to have the rest of the work done
EXCELLENT service as always. I ALWAYS appreciate that Wastlers checks to see if any work can be covered under warrantee and uses the warrantee when ever they can. The warrantee service is one of the reasons they are better than the rest. Others might "offer" a warrantee, but they expect the customer to track it and know what is covered.
I always enjoy bringing my vehicle to Wastler for service! The staff is extremely friendly, competent, informative, and go above and beyond to ensure the best quality work. I was especially impressed with the diagnostic safety report they provided via text message. I highly recommended Wastler!
