The service was once again impeccable. Cory Graham is a great mechanic. Brooke and Mike sent me information about the cost of what needed to be done to the car and then professionally answered follow up questions.

The only issue was that the odometer was read incorrectly in the first visit. Return visit was quick and without issue. Thanks!

Wastlers is GREAT, they take care of both my vehicles, one is a 99 Durango. I never worry when I go get my vehicles emissions tested, because they always pass. My 99 Durango PASSED, no problems, no questions (other than the mileage) on Friday.

They keep my vehicles in great shape!

We really like the tire protection plan that came with tires we purchased on another car. When our Caravan needed new tires, we didn't even think about looking elsewhere!

I brought my car in after a single car accident. I knew two tires were needed, but was not aware of other damage. I was advised by Brooke daily, for four work days, that my vehicle would be ready by the end of the day. Each day there was either more that was damaged or a part was needed that did not arrive at the shop. On the fifth and sixth days, I spoke with Mike Reiblich who advised by the end of the fifth day that the part had not arrived. On day 6, Mr. Reiblich kept in contact with me regarding the status of my car and its availability for retrieval. Both Brooke and Mike were helpful and pleasant when I came to retrieve my car and settle the bill. Brooke explained everything that was done to the car so I knew what I was signing about the car repairs. The mechanic did a wonderful job fixing the car. The work is quality work. I appreciate Cory Graham completing the work on my car.

Convenient location and polite staff. Prices a bit high but these days I guess you get what you pay for.

The staff was very professional and answered all my questions. The repair work completed the same day is great.

I've used Wastler's several times in the past and today was my first real issue. I took our Dodge in for an oil change and tire rotation and came out with a $90 bill. It turns out our lug nuts on the wheels were put on so tight at the previous service they broke the lug nut key and the nuts needed to be replaced which would be $40. I informed them that they were the last ones to rotate the tires and they said they did not. I looked at my service receipt from last time and it showed they applied the $17off coupon which includes a free tire rotation and I know I specifically asked them to rotate the tires and I was told by the service tech that they did during my last service. During this service the tech told my the coupon was for $17 off or a free tire rotation so I had to show him the coupon I used which said $17 off plus a free tire rotation and that is when the service tech changed his reasoning and said the "tire rotation" from last servicing is not written in the notes that they rotated the tires but it's possible that they did rotate the tires but the service tech forgot to add it in the notes but I still have to pay the additional $40 for the new nuts. Oh and i was informed the service tech from last service doesn't work there anymore......

So one of two things happened. Either I was LIED to last time about my tires being rotated or I paid $40 for their mistake of over tightening the lug nuts. I'm just glad it only cost me $40 to realize they are not a trustworthy repair shop.

I've taken my 3 three vehicles, my parents 2 vehicles and had several neighbors/ friends taken their vehicles there because of my recommendation but now we will all be going elsewhere because Wastler's can not be trusted.
