have to say, my visit on Saturday the 7th of March was HORRIBLE. I am a very scheduled oriented person and my regular stylist was out of town. My appt was scheduled for 3:15. I did not get in her chair til 4. After waiting 30 minutes (had I not been in a bind and on a tight schedule with a wedding to attend I would NEVER have waited) I finally was instructed to come to the shampoo bowl and another person washed my hair. At no point did anyone apologize

My otherwise calm day was ruined~missed mass (church) with my family at 4 and then in order to "rush" drying stylist put some stuff on my hair (to expidite drying) that was awful. I had to end up rewashing my hair Sunday. NEVER have I been so upset with something that otherwise gives such pleasure and relaxation. I think what bothered me most was that THERE WAS, FOR ALL PRACTICAL PURPOSES, no apologies from anyone !! And THEN when checking out was asked if I want to leave any sort of tip. Needless to say, I did not.

My stylist was friendly, skilled and efficient. I was seen right away and greeted when I entered the door. I also was able to schedule my next appointment.
