Mary is wonderful. The only issue I have is the lack of explanation as to why they won’t bill insurance for the first visit of the year. I don’t recall this in past years and if insurance hasn’t changed it doesn’t make sense.

Thank you for your review, with that said, it would be nice to know to whom we were responding, that way we could address the situation. In a lot of cases if a patient is on a wellness program, the insurance company will not pay. There's so many insurance companies, so many situations that would prevent an insurance from paying. If we knew the situation, we would love to address the concern.

The office operates very efficiently including scheduling, treatments, x-rays, financial explanation, etc. All staff are very courteous and caring; quick to be helpful and answer any questions. The walls are painted cheerful colors and the whole environment is clean and set up for patients comfort and relaxation.

Love the review, didn't like the form questions un-related to the purpose. I appreciate the thorough evaluation however I didn't like that I was asked what my pain level was when I just needed an adjustment. Having experienced Chiropractic care for 30 years I felt it was excessive on signatures etc. I need a total body adjustment (no drugs) and I'm not buying a car or house.
