Mary is wonderful. The only issue I have is the lack of explanation as to why they won’t bill insurance for the first visit of the year. I don’t recall this in past years and if insurance hasn’t changed it doesn’t make sense.
Thank you for your review, with that said, it would be nice to know to whom we were responding, that way we could address the situation. In a lot of cases if a patient is on a wellness program, the insurance company will not pay. There's so many insurance companies, so many situations that would prevent an insurance from paying. If we knew the situation, we would love to address the concern.
I came to Dr Watkins after being in extreme pain for a month, I could not get an appointment with an orthopedic Dr for another month and a half. I just could not be in pain for that long. I got in within 3 days and Dr Watkins immediately started working on me. Within 2 weeks of aggressive treatments the swelling had gone down and healing had begone. And I am always impressed with amount of empathy she has for her patients.
