Dr. Ramy Seyam completed his Optometric education in 2001 when he graduated from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. He then furthered his formal training in an extensive residency in Ocular Disease at OMNI Eye Services of New Jersey.
Dr. Ramy Seyam pursued a private practice position where he cared for patients for over 10 years in Little Falls, N.J. He also assisted in establishing an eye care center at Novartis Pharmaceuticals offering personalized vision care to employees across the beautiful campus of East Hanover, N.J.
In 2013, Dr. Seyam was honored to be recognized as Diplomate, a special credential granted by the American Board of Optometry. As a Board Certified Optometrist, he is skilled in a full range of services including glaucoma, cataracts, LASIK management, and urgent care, with an emphasis on contact lenses and Dry Eye.

I have had 3 years of standard methods of treatment such as artificial tears and Restasis. They have not been beneficial. I went to Wayne Eye Care, referred over by my ophthalmologist who specializes in GV-HD - Graft Versus Host Desease, for the fitting of scleral lenses. My medical condition causes severe dryness of the eyes with subsequent decrease in vision and symptoms of pain and horrible burning. I could barely tolerate day light. After wearing the scleral lenses I immediately felt relieved and the burning and redness of my eyes were gone. I am truly grateful for Dr. Ramy Seyam who treated me not only with professionalism but with detailed care. He made sure I was comfortable and happy wearing the lenses. Staff was great too. Sara is extremely diligent and friendly. HIGHLY recommended.

This was my first visit. Upon arrival the girl at the front desk was very friendly and took all my information. After a short wait I was seen by Dr. Seyam. He gave me a very thorough exam and took his time to explain everything to me regarding my condition. I didn't feel rushed. I'm glad I found this practice.
