I like the fact the the the same person who started the exam went all the way through the process with me including frames election and payment. I think that provides consistency and comfort in the process. I also liked that she was present with Dr Webb to input all the information at the time of the exam. It has always been a pleasant experience, this is just an improvement in the process. Thank-you.
