"From the onset, being able to complete my pre-exam questionnaire online versus in the office was a great time saver. The front desk had a welcoming attitude, and I was seen promptly. I also noticed that there were much more tests being performed on my eyes than I am used to, which is comforting in how thoroughly you test the eyes. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and proficient. Vicky has been especially helpful in finding contacts that fit my difficult eyes. I will be returning and referring the rest of my family."
The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was immediate and I appreciate the time that Dr. Parker spent on my exam and addressing any questions or concerns that I had. This experience takes the "dread" out of an annual eye exam.
It had been a year since I had last visited the salon. It would have been nice of the receptionist to notice that when I made my appointment to let me know that the location moved?! Krissy McDonald was my stylist and she did a phenomenal job!
