We would like to unpack your concerns. First of all "Overpriced", compared to who? We strive to be the alternative to the dealer and I'm sure if you compare our prices to the dealer we will be less expensive and offer a better warranty. Second, "Accepting checks", unfortunately some people have abused the check writing process to the point that small businesses like us suffer, therefore, we made the decision to only accept cash or credit cards. Third, "Discourage waiting", We encourage customers to use our waiting area but it really depends on the type of job being done. It is great for those customers that chose to wait on small jobs like oil changes, inspections and tire rotations. However, when customers want to wait on jobs that will take all day, then yes we would discourage them. We feel it is unfair to the customer and the technician that is doing the work. It places undue pressure on the technician to rush the job and make snap decisions. We offer a shuttle service and have two loaner vehicles to help get customers to and from work or home.

I had never been to a chiropractor but the experience here was excellent. My personal chiropractor was very personable, knowledgeable and quick to give a lay-person's explanation of what was going on with any problems I had. The office staff was always congenial, very helpful and welcoming.
