One problem!!! The notifications by way of emails is not updated regularly. I have received notification that one of my dogs is due for blood work, I called and was told because he is not still on mess he doesn't need blood work. Here we go AGAIN with notification that Ziggy needing blood work. This is very anointing. Please update your system when you clear a patient of work.

Wells Road Veterinary Medical Ctr replied:

We have fixed Ziggy's reminder to not send any more lab work notifications. When they are not on medication we leave it up to you if you would like to do it or not. We do love the time our automated system saves us, however it does have its flaws. So sorry about that :)

I've been going to this vet since 2000 or 2001 and have always appreciated the way they handled my cats. Dr. Harris was great, and Dr. Sands definitely has a fantastic "bed-side manner" with the animals in her care. It is very obvious to me that she loves animals and seems very thorough, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain anything you ask her when it comes to issues your pet might be having. Frankly, I do not think I have encountered another vet who seems to so personable with both the people and the pets they bring in to be seen.

This was a terrible experience. Apparently the VET who was previously there left. I went end of April 2015. This place is a scam. Girls at front counter are very rude, ignore your there and only talk about jewelry or other personal things. Worst part, they claimed that the cost incurred when my dog came in included the overnight stay at clinic down the street. We assumed by the names that they were affiliated. We paid 455.00 for I don't even know what for, our dog had a seizure first time in his life and they immediately collected all their money. Then we had to transport our dog to and from the clinic don the road which cost us an additional 200. dollars. I don't blame that place at all, they did their job and it was well worth the 200.00 WELLS ROAD VET is a BIG RIP OFF. I was told by another VET that she is new....Don't waste your money! They said my dog got overheated from being outside! It had gone outside to go to the bathroom. He's 13 years old and has ALWAYS been an inside dog. Only goes out to go to the bathroom. Do they suggest a litter box for my dog so he doesn't have to go outside to go to the bathroom. TOTALLY WRONG DIAGNOSIS! and 455.0 dollars later for what????

Wells Road Veterinary Medical Center is a great place to take your pets. They are very professional and carry out their tasks with the greatest care for your furry/feathered friends. I would highly recommend them to care for your pets.

Dr. Sands is very nice. Their prices are very, very reasonable. The only downside is wait time but worth several hundred $$ in savings. I will continue to go here. Shots for life program is great when you have four animals.

Dr. Harris is amazing. The entire staff is wonderful. They always save you the most money possible. Dr. Harris has done surgery on my English Bulldog and did an excellent job. She knows the breed very well and the specific issues that can arise in this breed. Thanks Wells Road Vet for taking such good care of my dogs!
