So far every experience I have had with Wes Jackson has been excellent. The techs are friendly and straightforward when explaining what is wrong, what needs to be done in order to fix the issue and how much it will approximately cost so there are no surprises.

If anyone I know asks me where to take their car I always tell them to take it to Wes Jackson.

We have been using Wes Jackson for over 15 years. Never had an issue. Their mechanics are top notch. We has mostly retired, but the office team of Keith and Kim take great care of you.

I had my 2015 in this week to have the headlights replaced. I could not find a way to contort my arm to replace them. His guys did both in just an hour.

I have been going to Wes Jackson for over 10 years & there must be a reason. The reason is the integrity of the work done, no purposeful upselling or creating problems that are not there, working with you on reviewing what your car needs & the feeling of family while you are there. I had an inspection done which didn't require an emissions test because of low driving miles. I didn't even know about that but Wes Jackson made sure to inform me. I also had a power steering unit replaced. Unfortunately & fortunately, during review of my car, my back brakes & rotors were in a condition that needed attention. An added expense I wasn't expecting, but definitely needed for safety.

I have a 2003 Toyota Avalon with more than 197,000 miles on it. I attribute the longevity of me being able to keep my car by the service it has received at Wes Jackson. So...take it from me...get your vehicle to Wes Jackson for the attention it deserves.
