Lauren always cuts my hair with expertise! I would rate her cut as perfect! She makes sure the entire experience is one to remember. As for being charged for something I didn’t get that’s not right and the salon needs to address their cost vs services. Not sure I will be back because I don’t appreciate being charged for a full experience and only getting part of it.
