I had an 8 am appointment because I needed to get to work. I got there at 7:55 and after check-in waited 15 minutes to the called by the technician. After she was done it was at least another 10 minutes before the vet came in. I do not believe she introduced herself.

They take great care of my girl Kismet I found them yrs ago when I came home and my dogs face was HUGE she had a reaction to some kind of bug bite or bee sting.her breathing sounded weird and I rushed to the closest place (we had never been there before )we didn't have an appointment and they were full but thevdr just so hapoend to come to the reception area and he saw her and rushed her in the back .she was feeling better with in a few mins.and this is why I still go there even though I moved and now drive past about 3 veterinarians Offices to get there.

My dog has a history of severe anxiety when at the vet and his visit with Dr. Selbert was his first positive experience at the vet. Dr. Selbert and the staff did everything possible to make the visit as stress free as possible and I would recommend them without hesitation.
