Recently moved to Charleston and needed to find a dentist for routine care. I was impressed by their website and had my first visit this week. Everyone was professional, yet very friendly. My dentist spent close to an hour with me just chatting about my history, checking out everything from my jaw muscles, teeth, gums, x-rays, etc. A most thorough examination, explaining exactly what he was doing and the reasons for each. I was extremely pleased and feel that I received a top-notch examination by a very well-trained, very professional, and very caring dentist. It was also obvious from the start that all members of the staff were also very well-trained and professional, friendly and smiling, explaining each procedure. I feel very lucky to have found West Ashley Family Dentistry and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top notch dental care.

Excellent care, explanation & technical proficiency.
Dr. Dickert, Our daughters respected dentist worked this Colorado visitor in the next morning at 8:30 before his fully scheduled practice to replace a temporary crown that have popped off from flossing.

Had a problem with a sharp spot on a tooth that was causing a lot of pain. needed to have it taken care right away. Not only did get into see the dentist but it was that morning I called. The dentist was able to make it smooth so that is didn't hurt like it was.
