Recently moved to Charleston and needed to find a dentist for routine care. I was impressed by their website and had my first visit this week. Everyone was professional, yet very friendly. My dentist spent close to an hour with me just chatting about my history, checking out everything from my jaw muscles, teeth, gums, x-rays, etc. A most thorough examination, explaining exactly what he was doing and the reasons for each. I was extremely pleased and feel that I received a top-notch examination by a very well-trained, very professional, and very caring dentist. It was also obvious from the start that all members of the staff were also very well-trained and professional, friendly and smiling, explaining each procedure. I feel very lucky to have found West Ashley Family Dentistry and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top notch dental care.

I have never had to sit in the office waiting for my appointment, they have never been more than 2 minutes late in the past 15 years that I have been a customer!

Professional, prompt, clean. However be prepared to pay the full amount up front and then wait for the staff to bill insurance and look for a reimbursement check in the mail. Very costly if your family all uses this practice and keeps a similar schedule of visits.
