My wait time was 1 1/2 hr and total visit 2 hrs. Poor communication between front desk Vet and me. I finally was told they had an emergency which I fully understand but I would have rather be told early on and could have returned.. Once the vet came in I was very happy with her attention and she greatly apologized for long wait. However, when asked about a urine test result she said she would ckeck. 20 minutes later she came in with results. I suspect there was another communication break down and she was unaware of test.
I must add I was not charged for office visit, which was very nice.
I have had several other experiences with these vets and have been VERY satisfied- just a bad day of communication.
Hi Dick, we are extremely apologetic about your experience here at West Coast during Rooster's last visit. Unfortunately in the medical field we cannot always assess when emergencies are going to occur but we do try to let our clients know when there is going to be a lengthy wait time, however this didn't seem to happen during your visit. Due to your inconvenience I am pleased that they did not charge you for your exam, I would love for you to contact me if there is any further concerns or any thing else I can do for you. We value you as a client and look forward to seeing you and your pet in the future.
