Great experience! Jen is amazing and VERY knowledgeable about hair and my new go to stylist. The first time I met Jen she wouldn't touch my hair after I had received a bad service from another salon. I appreciated her honesty and willingness to teach me WHY she couldn't do the service. When I returned this past week, she was friendly and had remembered me from our original appointment. I explained what I wanted to do with my hair and that I was afraid to color it. We talked about styles for my fine hair and that I should wait a little longer before coloring again. I appreciate that Jen talked to me about products and services the salon offered, but she never pushed or tried to upsell anything.

Devinlee is skilled, kind and a pleasure to work with. She has become my new regular for color, cut and eyebrow waxing. She nails my haircuts, listening closely to what I would like for style and making sure it fit in with my time budget for maintenance. She is detail oriented and yet efficient. My (also detail oriented) husband agrees. I have already sent friends and family her way!
