I was impressed right from the initial call that I made to the office. The receptionist put me at ease right away. Upon arriving at the hospital the staff was very warm and welcoming. Their love for animals and concern for putting their owners at ease was immediately felt. Dizzy's care team was exceptional. No judgement was made that this was his first vet visit despit having had Dizzy in our family for three years. Dizzy was suffering from his injury so their care was swift. I was most impressed with the communication between myself and Dizzy's doctor, having received three calls directly from her with updates. I was given prices upfront and was continually updated on Dizzy's status. The staff made me feel that our most adored cat was going to be loved and cared for, as though it was their own pet. We are still working towards Dizzy's eventual clean bill of health but I am completely reassured that the team at Westend will be there with us on this journey right through to the end.
