I have taken my cat to Westgate Pet and Bird for years; I cannot thank them enough for the consideration and quality care each of the staff has given us. I would not consider visiting any other animal hospital!

We have been using Westgate Pet & Bird Hospital for about 25 years now. Love the doctors, techs and front desk. Always friendly and professional. Both the welfare of the animal and owners are considered. I would happily recommend this clinic to everyone.

Customer service is excellent! I really got the feeling that my cockatiel was treated with care, plus as we were leaving they gave me a complementary folder packed with lots of information about cockatiels and budgies to use as a resource!

They did a wonderful job and made sure to treat my little Biff with so much kindness while he spent the day with them. They were very great with calling and filling me in with what was happening through out the day, and I am extremely happy with my visit! Very friendly and caring staff.

Dr. Lusk and the vet techs handled Sinbad's exam and beak and nail trimming expertly and efficiently. I like the new perch gizmo that was devised to make bird weighing easier and more accurate. The techs were very compassionate and loving in their handling of her. These routine visits are always stressful for me, as Sinbad is quite old and I worry about how the stress of the ordeal could adversely affect her. But she did very well thanks to your team's knowledgeable care and ability to work efficiently. I very much appreciate having a bird expert provider available to me and Sinbad.
