Our services include a complete collision center, unibody and frame alignment, custom paintwork, and rust repair. West-Hill Auto Body uses the Genesis Frame and Unibody Laser Monitoring System, which is a laser system that guides to exact factory specifications.

West-Hill Auto Body is family owned and operated since 1960 and is a proud member of the Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of Illinois. West-Hill Auto Body has towing and rental cars available, and offers free estimates to all our customers.

West-Hill Auto Body has a long-standing history in Hillside, Illinois. Back in 1960, John Esposito joined Ed Gabrielson at West-Hill Garage and added an auto body shop to the repair business at 4907 Butterfield Road.

Working with their dad for many years enabled Joe, John and Mark Esposito to learn everything about the auto body industry so that they were well equipped to take over when John retired. West-Hill Garage became West-Hill Auto Body under the ownership of Joe, John and Mark and West-Hill Auto Repair under the ownership of Steve Gabrielson.

Over the years, West-Hill Auto Body has flourished, becoming well known and trusted in the Chicagoland community. Reputation has become their best advertising as they are now performing repairs on cars owned by the grandchildren of some of their original customers!

In June, West-Hill Auto Body purchased West-Hill Auto Repair and is now offering complete auto body and mechanical service. In addition to the body work, custom painting, and auto restoration that West-Hill has become known for, they now offer a range of mechanical services, including oil change, brakes, tires and alignments.

Throughout the years, West-Hill Auto Body has remained strong and prosperous, due to the skill and professionalism that Joe, John and Mark are committed to offering their customers.
