My experience was great. In and out process was fast and excellent.
Dr. Sara was great, quick, and to the point.
I REALLY dislike the fact that some of my prescription was sent to an overpriced online pharmacy without checking with me first and it would take at least 3 DAYS for me to receive it. One day to process and two days shipping (according to an online pharmacy tech). I desperately need it NOW because of my flesh eating skin condition that is getting worse every minute!!!
Moreover, online pharmacy would not take my insurance and charged me $50 cash! Same product is $15 at a local Ralph's pharmacy (via Goodrx) available now, not at least three days ftom now!!! Makes you wonder...

Per our follow up conversation, you had mentioned that you were very grateful for the fact that Sara had helped you. She wrote a prescription to this specialty pharmacy that was a combination of medications to prevent you from picking up three different preions that would have cost you over $200+. You were informed that it would be sent to the pharmacy before you left, and you left the office with free samples of medication so that you could treat yourself while the prescription was sent to you. Two additional preions were sent to the local pharmacy for you to pick up same day, so you, in total, had three different preions to treat your skin condition. The fourth prescription was coming 3 days later. It is very unfortunate that you wrote this review given the circumstances. Thank you for your confidence in allowing us to see you on your follow up appointment with our providers.
