I absolutely loved this place. This was my first visit with a really sick pet and I was impressed with the entire process. From the speed and ease of making an appointment to the Dr and staff who took great care of my little guy. Thank you all!!! Please keep up the great work you do!

The staff was very welcoming and answered all our questions about our puppies spay procedure. They also were quick to respond to our follow up phone calls and keep us at ease about our recovering puppy. We have always been pleased with the level if service at west kendall animal hospital and the level of care they provide to all their clients.

Espero que muchas personas vean este escrito felicito al personal por su buen trato con las mascotas muy cariñosos espero no sea una estrategia para robánrle el dinero a las personas ,tube la experiencia de llevar a mi mascota y me vendieron asta el tratamiento para una hora más tarde después de haberme cobrado decirme que tenía que ir para otra clínica porque ese no es el tratamiento correcto y ellos no pueden hacer nada por mi mascota

This owner's dog came in for a first-time visit after at least 24-hours of vomiting and diarrhea and several days of a decreased appetite, with visible jaundice. After the Dr's physical examination and a review of the pet's history, several diagnostic tests were performed, and while the test results were pending, supportive treatment was administered. The owner declined additional diagnostic tests including X-rays. When the test results were in, the pet was found to be in liver failure with several other potentially life-threatening problems. We spoke to the owner and recommended immediate hospitalization, preferably in a veterinary hospital with 24-hour supervision so the pet could be treated immediately (we do not have overnight staff). This is not a situation where West Kendall Animal Hospital was unable or unwilling to treat the pet, but one where a referral to a 24-hour facility is what would provide the pet with the best possible outcome.

Ordered a bigger bag of Prescription dog food than they had in stock on Tuesday. Their staff called me when it came in. Fantastic group! Oh yeah I have been with them since my first dog back in 1993 who lived for 18 years and now again with my four dogs since 2013. The staff is great, always friendly and accommodating!!
