When the bitewings were put in my mouth to do xrays it hurt alot, in all my adult years of going to the dentist that was a first. Didn't particularly care for the dentist chair side manner, he kept yawning like I was keeping him up and was asking me questions on what I expected from their service instead of recommending treatment and I got a obscene estimate of what the work would cost me..............so yeah not impressed

No one likes going to the dentist, however the staff at west lake dentistry and Dr. Sievert have always made me feel comfortable and and ease while laying in the chair. I highly recommend using him as your dentist.

Both my husband and I go to Westlake Family Dentistry. I have had nothing but good experiences there. Everyone is so friendly and puts you at ease. I don't like going to the dentist but the bedside manner at Westlake helps a great deal.

I was very impressed with Dr. Sievert and his staff. This was the first Dentist that actually reviewed my X-rays with me, and also took the time to explain everything he saw on them that could cause problems for me in the future.

My hygienist, Sabrina, was friendly and gentle when she cleaned my teeth. I felt very comfortable.

The technician did a great job of helping me understand why I needed to do an inlay and the risks of gum disease. I was able to be straight with the technician without feeling "no floss" shame.

Not the biggest fan of the sleep apnea discussion since I don't understand its relationship to the dental practice but at least it was brief. Perhaps that is something most dentists do these days.
