Greetings Neighbor,
My name is Tim Strobel and I have the privilege of being the owner/operator of West Lake Houston Automotive.
My family and I are residents of Kingwood and have been serving Kingwood's Auto repair needs since 1995. We take pride in providing quality full service auto repair to our local area. Our ASE certified technicians are trained for both import and domestic vehicles. As a community based business we believe in giving back. Our company sponsors local Kingwood schools and charities in many different ways as they need our support. Each year we look forward to awarding scholarships to 2 Kingwood High School senior golf team standouts.
Our mission is to provide unsurpassed quality auto repair with exemplary service. In order to accomplish this goal we have hired technicians that each have over 20 years experience. They are all ASE certified with diverse factory certifications from Honda,Ford and others. They are equipped with state of the art computer technology in order to diagnose and repair today's vehicle. Management meets regularly to review the customer feedback we have received either from customers at the shop or via our email system. As the owner I want to thank you for taking the time to visit our website.
