5 Star with Dr Siegel. Don't understand why 4 hour day camp has to be at your set hours. They run most any 4 hour period at some other places. Paying $46 for a 4 hour stay is redicu in my opinion......

Everyone is sooo caring and nice from the front office staff to the Doctors and from the time you walk in the office till the time you go home you feel part of the family. The Hospital is always spotless and I would highly recommend this hospital to everyone.

Dr. Rothman takes amazing care of our pets. Some of her descriptions of all the bad things that COULD happen get a little scary, but she really cares about the animals and their health.

The front desk is what really ruined our experience this time... A LOT. After having our dog all day for a procedure, we were anxious to see our dog and know she was okay. Instead, we found ourselves having to argue with a girl at the front desk about the balance due. Her attitude was beyond rude. She continued to insist that we still owed $1500 after we already paid $750 down that morning when asked. We finally asked her co-worker to help us with the remaining balance, and the girl proceeded to argue with her co-worker too! She remained rude the whole time and never even apologized for creating such a mess.

Now on top of that, the discharge papers had a next appointment already scheduled on it - for 9 AM. Later we find out the Dr. isn't even available in the morning and the appointment was actually 2 PM.

We've been going to the WVAH for years. We get that stuff happens and people make mistakes, but this whole thing honestly made for a miserable experience.
