I've come to rely on their advice completely in the six years I have brought my now 30-year-old diesel to them, including one unscheduled visit when it was flat-bedded to them and repaired by the end of the day. This time I needed to know if the problem with the car was as serious as I feared and how much it would cost to repair it. I got the diagnosis I needed and an estimate down to the penny. I appreciated the clarity so I can consider the alternatives.
