I had high hopes for this office, however it was just yet another experience with a veterinarian who just wanted to add and add to my bill, knowing I don't really have a choice because my dog was in pain. I was charged and "exam fee" and then a "hot spot clip clean" even though there was no exam before he took him back for the "hot spot clean up". The hot spot shaving is poorly done, which I understand it was hard to do given my dogs pain level but it definitely wasn't worth $45. Also IF there was a short exam in back (which I wasn't there to see) then he did an INCREDIBLY poor job as I found fleas all over my dog that same day. I asked and was told there was no fleas or ticks, this is Incredibly frustrating to me as I have kids in my house. All this said, I probably wouldn't be so angry if anything I paid for (spray, pills, and shot) was actually working. The vet told me he'd be a lot more comfortable given all these medications but my dog has not been any better so far, he had another horrible night causing neither of us to get any sleep. I did not witness the shot being given so I find myself sceptical that it was even given. I was looking for a long term veterinarian and unfortunately I do not feel like this office is trustworthy. The only good thing about my visit was the front desk secretary was very kind to me.
