The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment I called to the moment Gavin and I left to go home. The doctor was very thorough in his examination and explanation of what he found as a result. I am very grateful of the work the staff did and of helping me to be confident that Gavin would be okay.

Always knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. It's great to have a reliable place to go for emergencies. Our dog has been here many times, so we have seen many different practitioners and they have all been great. (thank goodness for pet insurance)

This visit was below average for your facility. I have had to use your services many times and I just didn't feel like I got the same open communication and care as I usually do. I felt like my pet's stay was being stalled so that I would have to pay more for the visit. It felt like it was more about the money than taking care of my pet. I also didn't feel like enough justification was provided for the expensive care he received. I am not opposed to doing diagnostic testing but the expense was quite high for the results we received which basically was nothing beyond what I brought him in with. For the first time, we didn't leave with confidence in the vet or the facility which is disappointing as previous visits were exceptional.
