Had to wait 4 hours for a ultrasound and chest radiographs to be done on my dog. The doctors were great and explained everything that was happening with my dog.

I have taken all my pets to Wheatridge and all of them have received phenomenal care. I love Wheatridge Animal Hospital.

Efficient, friendly, clean, professional employees, all had personality! Rating is average since services are over priced. Good experience except for my wallet. This is only an emergency facility since prices are ridiculous. Only recommend for Emergency not anything else due to outrageous costs.

The visit was good. My dog got a of attention from 2 doctors and a technician and created a good follow up plan. The only snag (minor) was that the exam room was not equipped with the tools the doctor needed and it took a while to get them from another location.

Visit was great so was the staff. A little more expensive than I thought, but Ember is better.

I took my did into the emergency part and they were very friendly and very knowing.

We were seen as quickly as possible and I was very happy with my service

This was my first visit to the new location of the hospital and people were friendly when we first arrived but once we were put in a room to wait for the doctor to see Max it seemed like we had waited a long time without any communication as to how long the wait was going to be until someone was available to look at Max. When we first arrived it didn't look like the hospital was very busy and no one there said that it would be a long wait before someone was available to take a look at Max so that is why I wasn't expecting it to take so long before we saw one of the doctors. I actually got tired of waiting in the room and decided to just leave with Max and try to go somewhere else on 74th and Indiana which is another after hour animal hospital to see if they could take a look at Max because I have gone to them before, too. Unfortunately, the doctor there was in surgery so they said that it would be quite a while before he could look at Max so I decided to just wait until the next day and try to take him to my normal vet but then I received a call from someone at your hospital that said that the doctor had finally become available to see Max but we were already gone so they said that we could come back and a doctor would be able to see Max without having to wait too long unless an emergency came in before we got back. I really wanted Max looked at so we drove back to the hospital and still had to wait a long time before we saw one of the doctors once again. The doctor was nice but she talked so fast when she was explaining things so she was a little hard to follow on the instructions when sending Max home. I guess the moral to my story is unless Max has something going on that is truly an "EMERGENCY", I probably will just try to wait a little longer and just take him to a regular vet instead of trying to get him seen a little sooner?
