I did not rate you a five star due to the fact we had made an appointment 2 weeks prior and even had to confirm the appointment a few days out. We were told it would be a 15 to 20 minute delay due to the fact the one rack needed was in use because the mechanic was unaware of our appointment and was working on a car. It is not the mechanic's fault-he should have been provided the day's scheduling and appointments-very unsatisfactory for running a business. We did not appreciate nor understand the lack of communication from the front desk to the work bays.
