White Mountain Chiropractic & Rehabilitation specializes in the education, diagnosis, and manual treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. We offer an individual and integrated approach to your musculoskeletal complaints utilizing a variety of modalities and techniques to develop the most effective plan. Our chiropractors use their knowledge and skills to make corrections to the body's bones and joints, as well as to the associated muscles and connective tissues that move them. We take into account the posture and biomechanics of your body and treat patients of all ages, providing therapies and treatment for a number of sports and occupational injuries. Our goal is to help you restore your balance and function in order to help you achieve your goals. We are proud to offer the industries leading evidence-based techniques including two Gold Standards in Soft Tissue Treatments, Active Release Technique(R) and Graston(R), as well as chiropractic and rehabilitation.

Dr. Rachel really takes time to work on not just the (gentle!) skeletal alignment but the muscles and tissue that pull on it, all with quick, efficient releases from her deep knowledge of the body mechanics. The Graston technique they use takes it an important step further, getting to the strong 'stuck' fascia - many times stronger than muscle; until this is released, lasting help is hard to achieve. Access to this newer technique is hard to find in Southern NH or VT, so we are very lucky in the area to have this new practice.
This pair of doctors taking on this practice has been such a god-send to me and my difficult knees. I have had more than a decade of massage and chiropractic work to get my knee (and foot) working better. In just six months, my improvement from an acute strain in the knee to really functioning, even a steep climb or two, has been remarkable. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I LOVED IT!! Rachel is great. Very easy to talk to. She worked my back and I'm walking so much straighter now. I feel taller. Lol My only problem is I have a lot of pain in the back of my neck. I'm sure she will figure it out and take care of it. I was gonna give 4 stars because of this but she didnt know and I'm sure she will take care of it. Overall I'm VERY happy with my choice.

I recommend White Mountain Chiropractic to everyone! Making an appointment is a breeze, the office is nice, and I always leave feeling much better than when I walked in. I've seen both Colby and Rachel. And you really can't go wrong. They're both fantastic.

I have lived in several states and have always had chiropractic care. Dr Colby is the best. He is extremely knowledgeable and he explains what might be the problem and how it can be treated. He is treating my husband as well and we could not be happier with his care. I highly recommend Dr Colby.

Rachael is very friendly, knowledgeable, explains things in laymen’s terms so you understand what she is doing and the reason for it. Appointments have been on time, little to no waiting. Just be aware, with COVID in mind, that the entry space at the New Ipswich office is very small and that there are also people there to use the exercise facility.

I have always liked the service previously. Dr. Campbell did an extraction of my dog’s tooth without letting me know first. Last time she needed extractions the vet called me to discuss with me the reasoning behind the extractions, etc. No explanation, just a $2700+ bill. She was discharged so late that he had left already. A phone call the next day from his assistant! I asked to speak with him! He called to finally explain the extractions, check on her health, etc. I called today to ask questions about the 4 medications she was supposed to be taking and explain that she was not doing well, diarrhea, shaking, etc. NO ONE phone me back. I sent an email and got a response from a remote worker saying he does not work on Fridays. Does any doctor answer calls in his place on Fridays?! What a joke. No one has called me back still. 100% disappointed with Dr Campbell and VCA this time. Will probably seek out a new clinic.Read More …
