I consider my cats family. I basically treat them like my children. So, when I moved to Springfield, I had a very difficult time deciding which vet to take them to. A coworker suggested White Oaks West Animal Hospital. I have been taking my two cats there for over a year now and I couldn't be happier with my decision.
The entire staff is great. They always greet me with a friendly smile and are helpful. Whether I come to the office in person, call, or send an email, I always receive a quick reaponse. The staff is also always genuinely happy to see my cats when I bring them in. I always see Dr. McLaughlin. I can't say enough good things about her. She is amazing and genuinely cares about my cats as if they were her own. She is great at easing any concerns I have and always follows up to see how they are doing after a visit.
I would highly recommend White Oaks West Animal Hospital! They will treat your pet like family.
