I have been taking my pets to Whittier Dog & Cat Hospital for many years. Dr. Agnes is wonderful, and she had gotten to know my pets and me. She listens to my concerns and questions about my pets. I know that my pets receive excellent care from her.

Im getting tired of having to wait outside for service. Pre-pandemic we could talk to our vet as our dog was examined, however, despite that every other business is opening thier doors, we still have to wait outside. If we have a question and call to speak to the vet we are charged. Where as in the past we always got a chance to soeak to the vet. Not happy.

The VTs were very friendly and communicative. When scheduling the appointment they were thorough in explaining procedures and made me feel reassured my dog would be in caring hands. The post-checkup communication was just as well done and left with a happy and healthy dog.
