Dr. and med staff were polite, professional, willing to go the extra mile to check and diagnos the difference in my eye problems. They helped with finding a specialist. The eye glasses tech found the perfect frames and lenses, helped with strap on my sunglasses and processed my bill quickly and efficiantly.

All staff members are welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. My questions and concerns are always addressed to my satisfaction. Appointments are available in a very reasonable time frame. The office environment is calm and welcoming... I appreciate that the optical department is always available.

Very upsetting, first of all, my doctor was great, but when I went to look for glasses and sit down with the technician, I found a pair live and we discussed everything then I asked her if I could put money down on the glasses I was gonna order told me she had to check with her supervisor to see if that was OK? so then she comes back and says yes it was fine and then told me well. We just wanna let you know you have $40 in collections? I said what she said yes it’s from last time you was here in 2023! Nobody mentioned this when I first made my appointment. I’ve never gotten anything in the mail nor a phone call about this. I said what is it for? She said it was for something. My insurance didn’t pay for a refraction that they usually don’t pay for I said OK if you knew, it was not paid for. Why didn’t you charge me at my last exam? So I wanted to talk to somebody about it. It took her 10-15 minutes to discuss with the billing lady I guess and I told her I needed to leave because I needed to pick somebody up before 330 while it was now 3:27, so I just left have they called me? No!!!
