From start to finish I feel, along with my fur baby, very welcomed, cared for & treated with respect. The staff & doctors are extremely friendly & personable. What I love most is how they (the vets & their assistants) meet me and my pets at their level. They get on the floor & play, they cater to my dog making her feel like she is very special & in charge.
