John was great. He came back to pick up the squirrel almost as soon as it was trapped, and when he set the traps he told me what to expect. The squirrel did a lot of damage, but he checked outside to see if it there were any holes in the foundation. He was very knowledgeable.

There were multiple weeks in between visits. From the time they removed the bat tubes to when they came back to fill in the cracks it was approximately 3 weeks.

The gentleman was very friendly. I am upset that it takes so long (two weeks) to get the service done. I also feel it's expensive. But I am hoping the work will be done soon and correctly.

Andy came when scheduled, went right to work in a very professional manner. He showed me what the one way bat doors looked like and installed it. He was here some time ago to remove a squirrel from my attic. Same comment, very good job.
he told me he would be back 2 more times to be sure all the bats were gone and then seal the hole.
