In this case, the phrase "you get what you pay for" is appropriate. Although the service is inexpensive, the refusal to communicate directly (via phone and not strictly email) is irritating. The guys work hard and adequately perform the services paid for. However, lately they break our fence more and more. I have no idea how or why it happens. The first time, it was the latch. The last three times, it's been a slat. And they don't man up and acknowledge it. They simply rest the broken slat against the fence. It's very disappointing.
