Theyre business is reminiscent of a teenager making excuses about not doing chores. As far as improving, every aspect needs to be from attention to detail in cutting the lawn to actually visiting the property to cut the lawn. Easily the worst independent contractor I've ever given money to

The service was poor and discontinued service after 6 weeks! No phone calls or emails returned! Watch out! Weed eating not done properly, very rarely were the clippings blown off. Look elsewhere for service and save the nightmare! Communicated problems with service several times with no fix! Seems some other reviews are like my service.

I noticed a couple of weeds (I think) in the front yard that didn't get cut, only 2 or 3 peices. Otherwise, everything looked good.

In this case, the phrase "you get what you pay for" is appropriate. Although the service is inexpensive, the refusal to communicate directly (via phone and not strictly email) is irritating. The guys work hard and adequately perform the services paid for. However, lately they break our fence more and more. I have no idea how or why it happens. The first time, it was the latch. The last three times, it's been a slat. And they don't man up and acknowledge it. They simply rest the broken slat against the fence. It's very disappointing.

Unable to provide better comments at this time since no service has been provided at the time of this review. However, judging from the way Wiles Outdoors communicate with us by way of internet it appears like we'll get outstanding service

I was referred to Wiles by a neighbor and I'm glad I was. They have done a great job at keeping my lawn looking sharp even while it's growing so quickly with all the rain. Keep up the good work.

I've gone through a number of different lawn companies in past few years, but Wiles seems to be very consistent and reliable. I like the way I can pay online, which most companies don't offer and the team that services my home is very nice.
