After receiving a call, text, and email reminding/confirming us of our appointment time... we arrived (early) to discover that a walk-in/emergency had somehow trumped our standing appointment. I understand that you advertise yourself as an animal 'hospital' and there will be emergency walk-ins... however, you're clearly not staffed as such.
My wife and daughter were stuck there for over 2 hours waiting for the appointment to be completed. At no point (because of the delay that you imposed on us) were we offered a discount, an opportunity to reschedule, and/or a complimentary grooming service. Additionally, we were (of course) offered opportunities to pay extra/up-charge for additional/non-essential services. Gee thanks.
Considering all of this, we now know that profit motive trumps customer service. We will no longer be a customer of Wilkinson Animal Hospital.
