After receiving a call, text, and email reminding/confirming us of our appointment time... we arrived (early) to discover that a walk-in/emergency had somehow trumped our standing appointment. I understand that you advertise yourself as an animal 'hospital' and there will be emergency walk-ins... however, you're clearly not staffed as such.

My wife and daughter were stuck there for over 2 hours waiting for the appointment to be completed. At no point (because of the delay that you imposed on us) were we offered a discount, an opportunity to reschedule, and/or a complimentary grooming service. Additionally, we were (of course) offered opportunities to pay extra/up-charge for additional/non-essential services. Gee thanks.

Considering all of this, we now know that profit motive trumps customer service. We will no longer be a customer of Wilkinson Animal Hospital.

Really valued the time Dr. Gil put into Rita’s exam. Groupon was a great way to get me in the door, but his service was will keep me as a patient.

We love WAH but over the years priicing seems to have gone up quite a bit. While I realize we pay for expertise, just the cost of the blood work has went up $20 in the last year alone. Things aren’t cheap and I totally get that but owning a pet shouldn’t break the bank eitherr

Very costly and feel like there is always a push to have more tests or services done when they don’t seem necessary.

My boy Rocket always receives great care and all the love you guys have for him. I wouldn't go any where else. You're infomative of the procedures as well as understanding in the knowledge of professionalism of concern and well being for each owners child (pet) because they are our children. Thank you all!
