Didn't really fix my main problem

The scheduler that answers calls don’t messages sent to main doctor. It makes it hard to get the care from your main doctor. We saw doctor Ortega and he didn’t really want to help find answers to our health Concern. Today is the following day in the evening and we still haven’t got the prescriptions that doctor Ortega was suppose to send to the pharmacy for my child’s pain. I don’t understand why we went to the doctor if we won’t get the full care.

WFMC was so great to me! The medical assistant she was polite and nice. My doctor was able to get me the information I needed and helped me with what I needed!

Doctor had unnecessary comments. Said my 4 year old was actting like a two year old because he didn’t wanna sit on the exam table because he is scared of the doctors/dentist, he also didn’t even necessarily need to sit on the exam table regardless since it was for a eye appt and all he was planning on doing was referring him. phobia is a thing a lot of kids experience going to doctors and he should know that since he is a doctor, my son had no problems with the medical assistants what so ever it he was happy till the doctor came in with his negative comments. Also everytime I see Dr. Ortega he has comments on kids using electronics which is understandable but it’s 2021 he can keep his parenting opinions to himself most kids use electronics, it’s more uncommon for a kid not to. Very unsatisfied with his service will be switching doctors for my son.
