From the moment I reached out to schedule an appointment the staff was kind and courteous. Staff was very helpful in finding an appointment time that worked for our family. MY husband brought our senior husky, Noah, to the appointment and he was very impressed with Dr. McVicker's care. Post-appointment, Dr. McVicker emailed me results of the blood tests with easy to understand and digest explanations of all test results. She also reminded me what she explained to my husband for next steps. Later the same night, I dropped off a urine sample and picked up an antibiotic and the front desk staff was delightful.

The cost of the wellness visit and antibiotics was steep. Admittedly, I am not sure if it was the average rate for these services or if there is a more moderately priced vet in the area. However, the care received was top notch and worth every penny. My one recommendation for the clinic would be to verify at time of call whether or not the pet needs a stool or urine sample and coordinate having all of that complete prior to appointment time. As we still need to drop off a stool sample within the next couple week's and I'd have preferred to do that prior to.
