Very good, happy to have Dr Jing Wen as my dentist again. My only complaints is the amount of time between appointments, and the invoice for payment has no details, a few line items for explanation of charges wouldn't go amiss.

Thank you for the recommendation with regards to the invoice. Unfortunately, the practice management software we use does not itemize when statements are sent out because we wait for insurance to pay first before sending out statements and the itemization gets dropped off. If you should require an itemization, we are more than happy to provide one for you, along with going over your bill. Just give us a call and ask, we are more than happy to assist you.
