Dr Johnson is retired, so this comment is not related to him in anyway. He was a phenomenal dental hygienist and I will miss him.
My service was fine and the staff were pleasant as always. I was just a little bothered by a comment Dr Schwartz made when explaining a comment before my procedure.
He said he had a patient that was in the office the day before that had a dry mouth but that was not the case for me. I said oh wow, I didn’t know that was a such thing to have a dry mouth. He preceded to say well yeah “You people” that tend to have medical issues such as diabetes, high blood pressure, etc...and are older that are on medication can experience a dry mouth. I’m not sure who he was referring too by “You People” but it didn’t sit well with me. I have NEVER experienced anything like this before from this office and I don’t plan to start now. Also during the procedure, not once did he ask me if I was ok. It’s the principle, especially with me being a new patient to him and building a rapport with a new Dr.
