I had to get a filling in my bottom back tooth yesterday for the first time in 25 years! I was a little scared but it was so easy. Dr Sergakis made me laugh and have a good experience. Being numb is really weird but it wasn't too bad.

Usually I'm very happy with my visits but this time I was put off by my hygienist, although I'm sure she probably did a fine job cleaning my teeth. Almost immediately after I sat in the chair, she went in to how, with my bone loss, I should be using a Waterpik. She said it in such a way that implied that I was not taking good care of my teeth, in spite of what Bill, Rob Wood, or Rob's hygienist have been telling me. It was almost as if she had stock in Waterpik.

She did not put the protective apron on me while making radiographs, and had to redo a radiograph because she had put the sensor in backwards.

When she needed my head to be turned while cleaning my teeth, at least half the time she would push on my chin to move my head instead of asking me to turn toward or away from her.

My experience with Bill has always been great, so the number of stars is for my hygienist.
