I took a tire in for repair, the wheel was damaged. I was told I needed a new tire, and they hadn't even looked at it yet. I told the guy that I would make the call once they broke it down and looked inside it... a couple hours later they called me and said that this tire was fine.

However, they said that the brakes on the car were down to 3mm and it needed a brake job. My wife took the car by the next day... because they said they would have to look at it in order to give me a price on the brake job. I was told $200 for front brakes on the malibu. I said that was too expensive, so I went to pick up the car. THEN, I was charged $20 for "brake inspection fee" (at this time, I was told the brakes were down to 2mm) It was obvious that I was unhappy about the fee ... one of the employees waved it after I said that I had spent thousands there over the past 2 years, and said I wouldn't be back.

I was told that each time brake shoes are changed, you MUST turn your rotors or they would warp... this makes no sense. I was told that they could do it a little cheaper, but they offer lifetime warranty on their brakes (parts only, not labor) However, they buy their brakes at O'reilly just like me... O'reilly offers the lifetime warranty...

Anyway... I bought the brake shoes myself (at O'reilly) for $45, went home and changed out the brake shoes in 30 minutes. I was extremely upset when the brake shoes that were on the car were all at 5mm.

I feel like they were dishonest about the brake job, they would have charged me for a new tire had I not been adamant about looking at it and making the decision myself. I had most all of the work on my company vehicle done there over the past 2 years, and tires on my personal vehicle as well.

I will not use this place again.

As devastating as having to have a new engine put in your vehicle can be, the guys at Williams made it as painless as possible. Brian at the front kept me updated on a daily basis, and my vehicle was ready when promised.
