I thought the repair was too expensive due to high hourly rate. I needed the work done so that is why I brought the truck to Williams Brothers.

It took a great deal of time to get my work done. This caused me to be late for a job I was due at. Things eventually were done in a satisfactory manner but I wasn't happy having to wait for it for such a long time. So, quality is good but timeliness is lacking.

I felt they were professional and did good work. I am not familiar with the hourly rate for mechanics, but $85 per hour seems high to me. I am pleased with the way the car is responding.

I'm not sure what Cassie Hubbard's problem was (see reviews), but I have taken my vehicles to both shops and have received satisfactory service each time. Most recently the engine warning light came on while visiting Show Low and I took the vehicle to the local office and they took a quick look at what was going on and scheduled me to come back the next day. The next morning I was advised that they could only do part of the job because a part that was shipped to them did not fit my truck. This was the supplier's fault and not theirs. They did overcharge me initially on labor, but when I pointed out the error they were quick to correct the billing. It took two days to get the job done and involved driving 70 miles each day, but they were there when I needed them and there is no one else in our part of the state that I would trust more.
