I had special needs in transportation while leaving my truck, plus other issues that could have resulted in major hardships for me. Nathan stepped up and made sure that being without a car for 4 days would not impact my life too terribly. The problem turned out not to be what was expected resulting in them not making as much money. I highly recommend Williams Bros, they are honest & caring. CM

Show Low Location- Nice bunch of guys. Front office girl always smiling and sweet. Alternator went out on my car, needed it fixed ASAP. They got it in and out same day and got me back on the road home. THANKS GUYS!

Williams Brothers in Show low is an amazing shop with a crew that most shops would kill for. I have personally seen the hours spent on a single vehicle that double the hours being submitted for payment. I have assisted the mechanics there and can tell they are best when it comes to finding the real problems with your car and fixing it right the first time. When you see the looks on these guys' faces after fixing your car, well they are just as excited as you are. Everyone of them have a passion for there work. I would not hesitate to recommend Williams Brothers to anyone wanting honest work for an honest price. I gave it 4 1/2 stars because no shop is perfect, but they come dam close.

Well Larry is not doing anything either. Never again will I spend $1 in their shop. I am making sure that everyone that I know knows how they handle business and how unprofessional they are. If you do take your business there consider yourself warned about their integrity

I do have to follow up that we are trying to resolve our issue with Larry at the Snowflake location and he seems to be a better businessman and is trying to resolve the problem logically. Nathan had not been willing at all to work with us. Working with Larry is completely different. He is professional.
