We have used Williams 2 times. Took our truck in and they did not fix the issue but charged us like they did!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I then took my truck in for an alignment. They had just got a new machine and my truck was the first one to be done on it. I had my tires balanced and rotated, good to go, right? WRONG!!!!! I kept getting a pull in the front end worse than before I before it was aligned. Had the tires done again. Still not better. Tires were going bald on the insides. Tire people said that is wasn't the tires, it was alignment. So, I take back to Williams for them to make it right. So far 3 tires have been ruined at $360 a piece. I asked if maybe there had been a learning curve when they used the NEW machine. Well now it's a tie rod and that's why it won't hold an alignment!!!!! Really did we not notice that before? I have taken my truck to 2 other mechanics and have been told the tie rod is not loose enough to mess up my alignment! So what we have is Williams charged me for an alignment that was done wrong, ruined $1100 worth of tires and now they want to charge me $400 to fix the tie rod. These guys have no INTEGRITY at all. They will not get $1 more of ours.

I took my car into the Show low Location for an oil change. They took the time to go over my car and let me know that I needed brakes front and rear replaced. I am so glad they did this due to the fact I was leaving on a very long road trip and would indeed need good functioning brakes. The wait was longer than I expected (due to me thinking I just needed an oil change) but they got the parts needed and compleated the job quickly and professionally. I will most diffentially be back for all other work on my vehicle. Thank you Marcus for paying attention to detial and Tiffany for being so pleasent :-).

Brought my truck into the Show Low Location for several issues.... Was treated very nicely and kept very informed of the progress of my vehicle as repairs were done! Will most diffentially be a return Customer. Thanks To Nathan & His Crew !!

they replaced the timing belt and several other things that needed
replaced, so the cost was way over the estimate,but the car runs great, so i would recomend them to anyone.

Again, a solid job on the Subaru. We drove a ton of miles since we picked it up and the shimmy-shimmy coo-coo-bop on the front was gone. As important, Ruth and I have been very fortunate finding and workin WITH businesses and folks since we came to this area 5 years ago. Communication! In our two visits with you we received information and needed discussion that helped us plan our repairs. We are responsible and trustworthy and we appreciate the responsible and trustworthy relationship that is developing with you folks. Thanks...a job well done.
