My first appointment Jan. 12th, was scheduled well in advance to convert natural gas grill to propane. The first scheduled appointment Joe, the tech, was over 2 hours late, after working on it for about a hour, stated more time was needed to complete the conversion. I called to reschedule for another appointment, it was 3-4 wks before an appointment could be provided. Joe did came at scheduled time on Feb. 12th, completed within the 2-3 hour period that was allotted, he was unable to test due to the grill will be hooked to a large propane tank vs a cylinder. He advised once it was hooked up to call and he would come back, due to it would probably need tweaking.
After I received an invoice for the service via email, I was notified the next day as to how I would be submitting payment. I understand services need to be paid promptly but the rep that notified could have handle a little more professional. She could have said something like, 'I want to verify you received our invoice and inform you we can take your payment by credit card over the phone or you can send a check.'
Overall I felt Joe was very experienced in completing the task and the fee was reasonably priced for home service!
