The entire experience is animal focused plus the added care for owners. The clinic is clean and fresh. Staff are friendly and attentive to both the animal and owner from the receptionist to the veterinarian. Dr. Pippin is wonderful and takes time to explain what he finds, his recommendations and why he suggests a treatment to test,. Please take you animal to this clinic for excellent care by caring people.

They are always kind and willing to help in any way they can. The vets are knowledgeable and really listen to what you have to say. The clinic is clean and organized and I love looking at what they have for sale :)

The lady who grooms my dog (Sophie) always does a Masterful job. I have already recommended her services to another person the (Roney's) and they brought there dog Myles in and they are equally as satisfied as I am.

We did end up having to wait in the exam room for around 30 extra minutes, but this was because an emergency happened with another animal being brought in that had eaten poison. The staff was apologetic and took care of us as soon as they could. Everyone is always very nice!

I have never boarded my cats before! Willow Brook did an outstanding job in making the week at the kennel not traumatic! Everyone was so kind and loving toward my kitties. I highly recommend them for all your animal needs.

Fitted me into their schedule due to an injured socialized feral cat. Very clean, professional, caring, and detail oriented throughout the process. Made sure that I understood everything and that my questions were answered. Treated my cat with compassion.
