I was not especially pleased with my visit. I first took my kids in for a checkup and while the hygienist was great with them, the dentist was unable to examine them because an emergency came in. Somewhat understandable but not excusable. They should leave room in the schedule so that emergencies are not treated at the expense of patients who have a appointment.
I went in a couple weeks later for my own check up. Once again, the hygienist was great, but then Dr. Thomason came in. He was arrogant, rude, and condescending. I was surprised when he said I had 3 cavities as I haven't had any in years, and when I mentioned my surprise he was instantly defensive, pretty much telling me he would prove it to me. The only reason I gave 3 stars is for the hygienists, Dr Thomason himself gets none. I won't be seeing him again.
