I apologize that you did not have a pleasant visit with us. If you were presented a treatment plan for that amount that is because you had a periodontal issue that required more than just a regular cleaning. When that is the situation, the doctor is required to diagnose according to the health of the gum tissues. The coupon you came in with stated that it was for a regular healthy mouth cleaning. Please feel free to contact our office with any questions you may have and we will be happy to explain in more detail as to why this type of cleaning is needed.

I apologize that you had an unpleasant experience during your appt. I understand that you did not want to be here from the beginning but I assure you that De Woodard takes pride in his work and the well being of his patients. He does have to periodically check on other patients but he did walk out a little more often with your appointment so that he could give you a little more time to be comfortable for your treatment due to your anxiety during the procedure as he would let you know before leaving the room. If he starts treatment and you are not at a point where you are comfortable to proceed then he will give you extra time so that you do not have a bad experience during the procedure. We value you as our patient and hope that you will allow us to continue to care for you.
